Dr. Ted Chaffee graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in 1968. He is an Alumni of Pacific Onion College (a private school north of San Francisco) as was family tradition of previous generations.
For his BA degree he majored in Biology, specifically marine biology with a minor in chemistry.
Following college he attended Lorna Linda University, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1972. For a summer he went to Guatemala on a mission trip where he extracted teeth for people that did not have medical attention. Since then he has provided continu1ous care, utilizing all current dental techniques that can provide the most comfortable and cosmetic results.
Dr. Chaffee especially enjoys cosmetic dentistry. After over 31 years of practice he is able to perform truly life changing dentistry while his patients remain very comfortable with little or no tooth preparation. Discolored, chipped or crooked teeth are especially rewarding to improve dramatically.
Veneers are a solution to many cosmetic problems. Dr. Ted has been doing Veneers since they first were developed.
Implant crowns are frequently requested by patients and great option instead of doing a traditional bridge.
Dr. Chaffee is an artist who loves to paint, draw, sculpt and brings
his artistry into his dentistry.
